  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive order confirmation and tracking details via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location:

    • Mumbai & Maharashtra: 5-7 business days

    • Rest of India: 5-7 business days

  • These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Package weight

    • Courier partner rates

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or during special promotions (as updated on the website).

📍 Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be visible during checkout.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

  • Neelam Masale is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier partner issues

    • Incorrect address or contact details

    • Natural calamities or government restrictions

📦 Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive a:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

❌ Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error

If delivery fails due to:
